Hi, I’m Samantha White, founder and licensed esthetician behind Ivory Aesthetics. Ivory Aesthetics is a calm, results-driven skincare studio serving women in the South Bend and Mishawaka area. I specialize in customized facials designed to support both skin health and deep relaxation — because you shouldn’t have to choose between the two. I began my career as a wax specialist, but over time my passion grew into helping women restore their skin with intention, education, and consistency. Skincare here is never one-size-fits-all. Every client begins with a consultation so treatments are guided by your skin’s needs, not trends or guesswork. As a mom of two, I understand how easy it is to pour into everyone else and put yourself last. Ivory Aesthetics was created to be the space I needed too — a place where women can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves while caring for their skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unexpected events happen, and plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: * Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. * If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, we will keep the deposit. * If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. * We do offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If a client arrives within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, we will still service them, but their appointment will be adjusted accordingly. Clients will still be required to pay the full amount for their service. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will do our best to work with our clients in these situations. However, we ask that clients respect our cancellation policy and provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can offer our services to other clients in need.
