Hi, I'm Samantha White, Founder of Ivory Aesthetics. I became an esthetician because I believe women deserve a space to feel seen, safe, and celebrated. I originally entered the field as a wax specialist, but over time, my passion grew into helping women heal and restore their skin from the inside out. At Ivory Aesthetics, skincare is more than just a service - it's a ritual of restoration. I specialize in facials that are both deeply relaxing and clinically effective. My mission is to provide a luxurious yet approachable space where women, especially mothers, can pause, breathe, and glow. Being a mom of two, I understand how easy it is to give to everyone else and forget yourself in the process. I created Ivory Aesthetics because I needed a place like this too - a place to relax, reset, and feel beautiful again, inside and out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unexpected events happen, and plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: * Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. * If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, we will keep the deposit. * If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. * We do offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If a client arrives within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, we will still service them, but their appointment will be adjusted accordingly. Clients will still be required to pay the full amount for their service. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will do our best to work with our clients in these situations. However, we ask that clients respect our cancellation policy and provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can offer our services to other clients in need.
